Does your business attire make "FASHION SENSE" ???????

In lue of the “wonderful economy” and the surplus of jobs (sarcasm) we figured we would help with how to dress to impress … for an interview that is . For those of you who don’t know NOW you know there is a dress code for all interviews ... how you dress is noticed and taken into consideration.
Rules that apply to all interviews:

1) ALWAYS make sure hygiene is fresh and clean .. Including your breath !

2) FIT is huge when wearing a suit or business attire.
Note : too big clothes gives the impression of not caring, being unorganized and lazy all qualities a corporation is not looking for …. HOBO chic for an interview will leave you a HOBO !!!!!!

3)SHOES

Women: Now I LOVE a 5-6inch heel just like the next fashionista however in Corporate America they are not necessarily considered professional . Be cautious with the heels you choose to wear.
( Fashion interviews may be an exception)
YES:

NO :

Men: Make sure your shoes are clean and professional and 90% of the time it would be wise to choose loafers or dress shoes over sneakers.
4) HAIR
Women : Hair should be out of your face with the exception of a bang and should be neat and well maintained
Men :
If you have a fade you should get your hair cut for an interview
If you have braids or dreads they should also be fresh and neat

5) JEWELRY/ACCESSORIES
Women : I suggest one ring ( besides a wedding ring) a watch, of course earrings (caution on the small side) and possibly a necklace..... especially for corporate interviews.
Note : Old saying goes...... Look in the mirror and take one piece of jewelry off :)

Men : I would stick to a watch and a wedding ring ( no earrings or necklaces)

<---------- (Soooooooo NOT an option )

Do you have any MUST for an interview like a certain hairstyle or a special pair of black pumps??? Tell me about it .. Anything missing from my “dress for success” tips????
